I have just got a fabrication shop around the corner from me to custom build an intercooler for my D5 C30 from a mishimoto Z line core. Its around the same dimesions as the ATP turbo intercooler from the US and cost about £350 including the core. Has anyone else fitted a custom intercooler to thier C30? If so have there been any issues?

The only custom intercooler I know of was fitted to Lance's V50 T5 by HLM about 2 or 3 years ago.

Thanked 281 Times in 249 PostsHamish had mine specially made there was also a type r one available of the shelf but the custom one ran better results can't remember the exact cost but was IRO £400-450 and its still performing well:-)
