    new wheels and spacers fitted

finaly got the new wheels fitted, new to me anyway. give a hundred of ebay and gave them a lick of paint. while i was at it i fitted new pads and discs at the front and 15mm wheels spacers all round. unsure if i like the colour or the style. ill get some more pics when im not feeling so lazy

dont know why but when i take pics using my slr the paint work looks dull. if use camera on my phone it look better.

Because your car is dark and taking up most of the picture, the camera is compensating for it and hence the car looks duller than it is....if you have a back light button press it, or compensate (+ or the - function) usually hidden in menu for some DSLR.

I tend to shoot a lot in HDR now, I find its great for dark shades of car paint and silver which is also a buggger to photograph.

why dont we organise an event in North Wales this autumn when the landsacpe is full of nice colours (everything is green at the mo lol) and photograph our cars at the same time, those who have some knowledge could share, and at the end we have some cool pics - maybe even enough for a calendar?

I trained on film - glad I did it the hard way but its so much easier (and cheaper)to learn from your mistakes with digital....Ive gone back to medium format film of late...missed it that much lol

They look really good and really suit your car. Are they the ones that I brought up for you, cos if they are, you've completely transformed them, for the better.

They look good them do. The spacers give a good look. Have I read somewhere that the spacers can shorten the life of the wheel bearings? Hope not, as I am tempted. Where did you get them from?

They came through ebay from a guy in Halifax, who was into ST's. I collected them and they looked nothing like that, so Graeme has completely put his stamp on them.
