Santa Pod - Sat 6th July - RWYB - Drag Racing

Just because Frankie can't make Avon & we'll never hear the last of it - I think Saturday 6th July RWYB day could be a good alternative.

    http://www.santapod.co.uk/calendar.php

it slots in nicely 3 weeks after North Weald & 3 weeks before Shaky.

You can see I am taking this beating Dean thing (Woody T5), far too seriously & knowing my luck he'll post a 12.9 just to really p1$$ me off - LOL

My main gripe with the place is the fireup lane - it's bad enough having to push a tonne & a half of Volvo up it, but you can see FA.

You'll find it harder than you think to crack into the 12's. when I had the Fwd Ed30 I managed 4.8 to 60 and a 12.9 at York followed by a 12.8 at Santa Pod. The Ed30 was 320whp at the time and 1380kg and on R888's
