VOC National Rally and BKV Sunday 16th June 2013

After our success at the VOC Southern BKV last weekend, I thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone would be interested in attending the VOC National Rally and BKV on the 16th June.

It will be held at Hatton Country World which has an adventure farm for the kids and a shopping village, something for all the family.

You do NOT have to be a paid up member of VOC to attend, though you DO if you wish to enter your car into the BKV competition.

I'm interested in this, I asked about the camping, as it seemed that you have to be a VOC member to do it, but I didn't get an answer.

I got a reply, just checked, turns out you can't camp over unless you are a member of the MG owners club!!!

As a non club member you are welcome to attend especially on the Sunday. However in order to Camp and enter your car you will need to be a paid up member. You can join on line or ring MG owners club to join. It is £30 per year with one off joining fee of £5 so £35 in all.

Yes it is Jim, and I know a lot of VPC will be at North Weald.

Sharkey R will be going to Hatton as his car was 'S60 Class Winner' last week, we will be going to keep him company as our V70 won a 'Highly Commended' award.....and I think I'm right in saying doorman (850/C S V 70 Class Winner) is not attending

Hmmm.....not really, though it would be nice to get summat lol, mainly it's to keep Sharkey company, and there will be plenty of 1/4 mile meets later in the year.

Yeah, but this is nationals, so there'll be more competition. Plus much prefer beating competition on the strip, that's why we bought our cars, to go fast. Best of luck to Steve and AnneMarie though, I'm sure they'll do well, maybe you should buy a Volvo and compete. LOL
