popping

Just put a one way valve on the recirc just to see whether the dv was working ok.
All is well,but getting a popping from exhaust when coming off the throttle.
Is this normal or is there something not right?

cut back the pipe from the recirc to the dumpvalve and blocked off.
No popping now.
Im glad i put a one way valve on and not put a blanking plate on
as ive heard theyre a §§§§§§ to do
If i changed my mind and got fed up with the tssshhh,i just take the one way valve off
and reconnect pipe,sorted
