    Unhappy Reset the service light

    Hi there can anyone tell me how to reset my service light on my 1998 v70, its driving me mad i have only had it reset once before and i can't remember where i had it done, i've tried the key thing with no joy is there anything i'm missing,many thanks for your help ged

    One way amongst others.

    Hold down the odometer button

    Turn the ignition so all the lights come on

    Keep holding the odometer down for 30 secs or until the service light starts flashing

    Release the odometer button

    You may or may not hear an audible note from the dash!

    Thanks for that Casual, just reset mine - the light started flashing after 10secs then stayed on so I though it had not worked for me. so switched off then on and started up, hey ho it's gone out!

    I wonder if this works on a v70 instrument cluster which is fitted to my 850 lol
