Still no major news on this, engine still isn't in as I went to refit the flywheel the other day with my sparkly new bolts and realised that Volvo had sent me bolts for a flex plate rather than a flywheel (even though I also asked them for some clutch cover bolts too). Now sat waiting for them to arrive before I can start putting stuff back together again. In the mean time, subframe is now back in place fitted with some lovely poly bushes that mr Tempest suppied me with (cheers bud), stil trying to get a few bits and pieces lined up and I also think I need to re route the fuel lines as I've put them where the downpipe will go and that would be a VERY bad idea lol. Should have some pics to post in a few days (if it EVER stop raining)

    Looking good Craig

I think I may have some spare time next weekend, so I'll bob over.
Need you to have a look at something on the 460 for me anyway.

You may be done by then though

Think I'm starting to lose my mind, been apart so long I can't remember which bolt fits what hole, lol. Went to put the gear selector cables back on yesterday and I'm buggered if I can find the clips and washers that secure them in place, I'll have laid them up somewhere safe...just can't remember where that is..

I tried that, I put all the bolts and bits in an old metal biscuit tin... then promptly put the tin at the back of the garage where I'd never think to look for it..Sadly it appears I used more than one tin as some bits are still awol.

Ah well, some bits you just don't need anyway.
    Typical Volvo over-engineering.

I swear, I've put engines back together before today and still had a small handful of nuts and bolts left, scratching my head while I watch it ticking over!

Cars now officially run in, did a round trip of well over 300 miles the other day and never missed a beat. Today I washed it and er... Discovered I've got a leak.. Not sure what it is but I think it may be clutch related as that's started to judder and squeel a little on tickover, going to go have a look now to see what it is. Not looking forward to this at all.
