Nice work with the suspension, was the ecu difficult to do I'm guessing you were methodical and the repair went as per online guides?

TBH it was a doddle, in the past I've tried to remove the lid by prying it out of it's slot but this time I just took a hacksaw blade and gently cut it off all the way around, made it a much easier task. The soldering was childs play, I used to be a TV engineer so soldering is second nature to me, following one of the guides to work out what needed soldering it only took about 20 mins from start to finish, and that includes reattaching the lid and bolting it back on.

Well it's very nearly broken me making this (physically and mentally, lol), bumper is very nearly ready for moulding, I put some paint on it today to give it a better finish and then reassembled it because..well why the hell not.. Looks pretty good if I do say so myself. Hope to get this done in the next few days.

Taking orders for these if anyone wants one.

Finally got time today to finish the new bumper brackets and to do a trial fit on the AWD.

For a first trial fit its not bad, I have a few issues to resolve before I can consider it done though. Should hopefully be ready in another week or so.

Yeah I know, I'm still undecided myself,lol.. Have to wait until I've sorted the few problems out and then painted it, looks a bit much all in grey but once the centre section is in black it'll not look as bad.
