Swap the bolts for some hexagon ones , i cant remeber what i used to get mine off
Just checked... its a 12mm torq socket
45Nm then 65deg

It is one thing I actually know where they are in my garage....Not sure what I'm going to do when I start reassemblimg stuff!

popped into Halfords to pick-up a torq bit, & found they do a "spline" kit that had the perfect bit in it

A lot of these newer bolts are one use only,and do stretch. Could be the way the factory tools work when they build these things up.
Do the still say threads dry or oiled up.
That's my guess ?.
