I've always used autoglym products, mainly as I get it all free through work and as we do photoshoot a for magazines all the time, it's got to be good enough for my old bus

It's very much a matter of preference with car cleaning products but I've had brilliant results with the Autoglym Ultra Deep Shine, it's designed for darker coloured cars so you should get good results, just make sure you put some form of sealant on the paintwork after you've polished it to help further protect your freshly polished surface and give it a good chance of lasting.

meguiars all day long, i use the bodyshop range on my cars and they §§§§ all over some of the 3M stuff, but ultimate compound followed by ultimate polish and finished with gold class wax is an awsome combo and not to pricy eather.
if you use that ultimate compound on a rotery or da polisher you'll be over the moon epecially on dark colours. Oviously you will want to wash and clay it before you go attacking it with compounds and polishes.

A/G SRP is a good all round for hiding scratches as it is full of fillers.

It's not really suited to paint correction - I use menzerna & a rotary for that. Read polished bliss if you want to get into it properly but, for hand applications it is pretty good - if not a little dusty for my liking.

I use the same as wobbles. Menzerna is really good, I dont find it that dusty dave, I would think ag is worse. I havnt used ag for years. Not since I got into paint correction anyway. Gone are the days of me applying polish with an old rag and breathing out my rear end.
    Thanks

I'v just bought some maguires ultimate compound and ultimate polish as i think the sides need a bit of work to get it shining again. Only had time to give it a wash today though, so not tested it yet.
