    V70 t5 pre me7 help please

I have a problem where the car won't run with a MAF connected have tried a second hand MAF and a brand new MAF so 3 mafs in all. as soon as I plug a MAF on the engine management light comes on then the solid yellow arrow and it dies. As soon as I unplug the MAF it runs ok and drives ok although it is costing me a fortune in petrol!

    Any ideas please?

Someone said a faulty waste gate actuator?

Could it be the lambda sensor?

Codes have been read originally when this happened and come up with nothing

This is still an issue and any help would be really appreciated

    Thanks. Rob

    Hi,

I disconnected the battery for over 30 seconds, plug on the new MAF and it starts and cuts out straight away, unplug the MAF and it runs fine - I have to reset the stereo with the code
