Thanks for the kind words, just gotta get to the bottom of this missfire/holding back under part throttle, as soon as i floor it it seems to clear and pick up abit, feels like she's holding back on fueling or muffled somehow. The silencer has started to rattle so will be fitting the stainless zoost soon.

Fingers crossed you'll get to the bottom of it soon Gav, my patience and diagnostics wears thin these days with Volvo's so I replace everything thats has air in it then electrical then fuel. If that fails well who flaming knows eh!
