    Heating only just warm

As above my heating is only just getting warm i replaced my heater matrix last week and was fine afterwars but two days ago it only just gets warm. The matrix is red hot. Its the same on both sides of the car the heater controls work it goes cold but doesnt get very hot just slightly warm. Its a phase 1 v70 any ideas??

This is the unit i bought: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2908628575...84.m1423.l2649

do you need to remove the thermostat initially to fill the system with engine running? i thought it was a self bleeding system.

Before i changed the matrix the heating got so hot i couldnt have it on max heat for too long, the dial reads bang on 3 o clock all water pipes are hot including in and out of matrix also no over heating issues.

    Any ideas welcome

    thanks

    Simon
