    You won't be able to get as wide a power band with static cam timing.

    Good point!! Yes, the rev range is certainly more 'useful' and seems less work for the engine across the rev range. Feels more frugal and as thou there is less effort. Engine pulls for longer too rather then petering out just after mid range.

    How can it be fixed?I will use NA cams on my T4 from S2 engine which has CVVT on the inlet side,but mine has it on the exh side.I guess i can put the exh cam from the NA engine to mine(with blanking plate and normal pulley) but have to fit a fixed CVVT pulley on the NA inlet cam as the non CVVT pulley doesnt fit.
