    16T actuator question.

Anyone know if the wastegate actuator from a 15g is the same unit as used on the 16t and also anyone know what the base pressure is for setting the actuator on a 16t ?

According to Swede Demon's list the 15G actuator is different to the 16T
    http://www.swededemon.com/turbo/turbolist.html

As for the opening pressure, heres a list (from Volvospeed, I did post one ages ago but I can't find it). The B5234T3 engine has the 16T so should be around 4psi

    B5204T 12.5 kPa (1.81 psi)
    B5204T2 12.5 kPa (1.81 psi)
    B5204T3 15 kPa (2.17 psi)
    B5204T3, from model year 1999 18 kPa (2.61 psi)
    B5204T4 12.5 kPa (1.81 psi)
    B5204T5 12.5 KPa (1.81 psi)
    B5234T 12.5 KPa (1.81 psi)
    B5234T2 30 KPa (4.35 psi)
    B5234T3 30 KPa (4.35 psi)
    B5234T4 12.5KPa (1.81 psi)
    B5234T4 R line from 1998 28 KPa (4.06 psi)
    B5234T5 12.5 KPa (1.81 psi)
    B5234T6 30 KPa (4.35 psi)
    B5234T7 12.5 KPa (1.81 psi)
    B5234T8 30 KPa (4.35 psi)
    B5244T2 30 KPa (4.35 psi)
    B5244T3 12.5 KPa (1.81 psi)
    B5252T 12.5 KPa (1.81 psi)

Thanks bomb, §§§§§§, guess I will have to use the 16t actuator then, I was only considering the 15g one because I had one in good condition !
