    TPi Spacers & Goodridge Hoses - S60

After seeing Lee's V70R fitted with spacers and more recently Shane's S60, I though it was time to get myself some spacers.

Received these just a few days ago.....

2 sets of 12mm TPi Spacers and 20x40mm bolts:

Also bought a wheel alignment tool which should make fitting the spacers and wheels slightly easier in the future:

AND.....Goodridge Brake Hoses with Stainless Steel Fittings....made for me (coz I'm Spushull) on 21/2/13:

Gorgeous Seasiders Tangerine coloured - lovely

Also got 2 litres of ATE Super Blue brake fluid for a flush - should hopefully be enough.

The car is in at my local garage on Wednesday for the brake pipes to be fitted and a flush, as soon as it gets back I'll be fitting the TPi spacers - a few before & after pics to follow.

    They'll be fitted tomorrow.

The car is at the local garage in the morning having the goodridge hoses fitted and the fluid flush. As soon as it's back I'll be fitting the spacers. Lots of pics to follow.

From the same supplier of the spacers....they charged £1 per bolt when bought with the spacers. The bolts are 40mm in length instead of 28mm.

They just need the centre boring out slightly to 65.1 - £20/wheel seems fair

am in two minds what to. i can get the wheel centre bored out on a laithe.get the spacers made with s60 spigot size and fit spigot ring to reduce it or get spacers made to suite ford rim and not use spacers with winter wheels.

Finally got the 12mm TPi spacers fitted today and I'm very happy with the look - a noticeable difference without looking too modified.

Wheel spacer fitted - machined perfectly for a precision fit:

    Before and After photos:

Installed with 17mm longer wheel bolts...40mm in thread length as opposed to 28mm:

The wheel bolts provided are supposed to be zinc plated - but I've got a feeling they won't stay shiny for long. I'll probably buy a set of the plastic wheel nut covers.

A great improvement, is it my eyes or has the camber of the front wheels changed ?
Do you need to have the tracking checked after fitting spacers ?
