    hey im new here ( :

    hey guys Im new here writing from Israel and I have a 95 850 T5 with some mods done to it

    first thing I have done was 3 down pipe without cat and 2.5 free flow exhaust
    after that i bought a 93 850 GLT manual non turbo as donor car and done the manual swap
    few months after the manual swap my TD04 15G basically died lol so i bought some nice Greddy TD05 16G and believe me the car is a blast at 0.8 bar with no kind of ecu tuning!
    I have a boost gauge and AEM A/F ratio gauge to be sure Im not running lean.

    so this is the part where I need your help guys!
    what is the best way to do a custom map with the Motronic 4.3 ?

    I would really appreciate any idea you guys will have !

    Welcome sir. Do you have any pictures?

    An MBC should get you to 1 bar without a problem on a standard map.
    19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

    What sort of exhaust housing you runing with the 16g? i heard that all the td04 Compressor housing's mate up with the same exhaust housing is that the same for the 16g? the band clamp looks the same

    standard map is good for standard turbo... but I got TD05 16G which is a bigger turbo so when I floor It I see my A/F ratio gauge goes up to 12.7 and thats to lean!
    Im sure that with good tuning and bigger injectors I will get much better results...

    There's a lot of work there to only be running 0.8 bar. I've fitted a MBC to a standard 1994 T5 and made over 1 bar before boost cut.

    Nice pic, there's some good work in there.
