I'm made up he didn't. It was only a 24 hour auction so I took a gamble after looking for ages at xplods & auto's. going to get it running sweet for a week on Friday when I tax it. The insurance price has blown me away for a group 17. Really am happy with it & can see this being a keeper & long term project. You guys & your builds aren't helping! Lol

I've just bought that carplan scrubber. Thanks for that! I've also bought some auto glym leather cream today. I think with some leather dye it will come up. I'm also on the look out for a black leather steering wheel now. I can live without clocks till after mortgage day I think.
How much is an lpg conversion retailing at? I really don't do that many miles as I lift share in work so the price would have to save me serious money really.

With some leather dye it`ll be fine.If u don`t do many miles don`t worry about LPG as it is £1100-1500.Do u think it is your clock that is faulty?

I moved the car today after near enough a full stage 0. We're waiting on the circlips & vacuum hose & we're laughing.
I took the car out (on a local private road of course) & noticed the car is holding back. We fitted a temporary boost gauge to see what's going on. Seems the car is holding boost no problems, but something didn't feel right. After a bit of investigation we realised the battery had been disconnected & no codes were being stored. Today after a run around the block we had an engine warning light. Managed to get the car diagnosed & it seems the air flow meter is playing up.
The codes are 00AA long term idle air trim & 233 adaptive idle regulation. Anyone know if this air mass?
Also while driving today I noticed the indicators don't work when the engine is running. Had the diagnostics ran over that & the clocks are screwed as I thought. The car is taxed tomorrow so I can get it home for a good clean & to carry on with the mini restoration. Here is a picture I took today not surrounded by snow or dark sky's.
Hoping my Paypal is now sorted as I will be having a box of bits off kingsford g.
Also as per my other post I hope to have a new lock set with remote central locking again.

Sounds more like an idle control valve issue with those codes, but that wouldn't affect how the car behaved once up and running.

The maf looks like a cheap fuel parts job & I've been told they're hassle. As per the message kg I'll have the lot.
I've looked at the vacuum hoses but I'm waiting for some orange silicone hose off fleabay.
On the rad front I'm struggling to find a rad with built in oil cooler as seems most places stock just the rad alone. I'm taking it to a local specialist with the hope of a repair.
I have definitely got the bug, I can't wait till she's on song. I've had slower than I like progress due to work but hoping it'll come along once its legal tomorrow.
Thanks for the comment, she only has a few slight marks but will come up ok with a detail.
