The pcv system was already done by the previous owner :-)

Have also got paperwork to say the car has a rica ecu re-map

Its only done 109k for a 97 car and still feels tight.

Iv removed and replaced the plugs, leads, cap and rotor

Removed the front pipe and cat, removed the internals of the cat and re-fitted so free-flowing and de-cat`d, sounds awesome, cheap temp mod until i have the money to purchase a proper de-cat pipe.

Replaced the fuel pump with a high-flow 255 pump and there is a noticable difference in the higher RPM.

Fitted a new internal boost gauge.

Had all the engine sensors and injectors scoped to make sure all is well and working within the parameters, thanks to a pico scope, what an awesome peice of kit.

Has a diy r.i.p kit fitted until i can afford the real thing lol.

Replaced the actuator as wouldnt hold more than 12psi without bleeding off, now that one wont hold more than 15psi lol but at least shes moving a tad better :-)

    New actuator on order.

    Replaced the vac lines.

Removed and cleaned the turbo and housing, no play in turbo and the housing is crack free.

The exhaust manifold has been machined internally to allow free`er flowing gases.

    Have fitted an mbc.

Also made my own intake kit so save some money, just a test atm and only had a short time to spend on it, cost me around £40 and have tested it and has seemed to make the throttle response quite abit more responsive over the standard air box and piping.
Im using the standard top intake hose from the front of the grill, including the part that goes into the bottom of the air box, im also running a 75mm diameter air duct tube from the o/s/f bottom grill upto the front of the gearbox to enable plenty of cold air to lower the chances of heat soak.

Took it for a drive and sounds pretty cool for the money, pleanty of chatter from the turbo, not too noisey and better throttle response.

Just gotta make abit better when i get time.

A few pics of her upto date

Will keep you upto date, thanks for looking
