I called into my main dealer with the V70 last weekend the guy on the service desk almost ran out to me to look at the car,before it was moved into the workshop he walked around with me to fill in a damage form for all marks on the car,not to many.
I think he remember me from earlier this year and had a word with the tech that was looking at it,nice when they know the score......
I made them aware how fussy I was before I ever gave them my car. Im so hacked off yeah I maybe took to long to go down but they were well aware. They messed up a fair few times on my car. Why did I praise them before!!

Shame it wasn't sorted out for you and has left a sour taste. A proper trim repairer will be able to resolve that without the need to replace trims however, it's just a case of finding one on your area.
think its been a hard lesson learnt. all contact regarding complaints has to be done in writing and sent via trackable delivery. i know this dosnt help now but should you ever run into a issue like this again at least youll know what has to be done.
