    erm about 200 ish thats headset kit new headbolts and cambelt oil and coolant

    Did changing the seals improve any smoking issues

    yeah mate bigtime they were knackered, it did smoke for about 3 days but the exhaust was full of oil

    hardest bit was taking all the valves out and cleaning the head as i didnt have a bath to leave it it to get all the burnt oil and crap off so had to do it by hand
