Think the 310 is for the 18t and 304 is for the 16t

    Ok... The short version...

    1. If any mangled alloy is sticking - out from the wheel, cut or file it down.
    2. Clean the area with something like thinners or petrol.
    3. Using good quality body filler, fill the damage and smooth it of with a wet finger.
    4. While the filler dries, mask the wheel, right up to about 5mm from the damage.
    5. Sand the filler smooth and fill/sand again if needed.
    6. Primer on the repair.
    7. Peel the masking tape back 5mm and wet and dry the edge of the primer, leveling it.
    8. 2 or 3 layers of paint and allow to dry for an hour or so.
    9. Peel masking tape back some more and wet and dry it to smooth the edges.
    10. Flash it over with clear coat and allow to dry.
    11. Remove all tape, use 2000gr wet and dry to flat the repair and buff with T-cut scratch remover.
    Think that covers it
