    I only had the downpipe to the flexi joint

    I do abit of basic machining as and when I need to do some and when I`m in the workshop.

    If I need anything more complex I know a good machine shop

    As I will using the M66 gearbox I had to make my own rear gearbox mount

    I dropped into the machine shop to see if any of the bits & bobs I`m having made where finished,

    Smart work there! Seeing that engne sitting there complete on a subframe really makes me feel good about cleaning the steering rack heat sheild on mine knowing you can't even bloody see it! lol

    Finished the downpipe off today and made a tool to lock the cams in place

    Been busy today doing a few more jobs on the engine, Picked the throttle block from the machine shop during the week so fitted it and the 3" throottle body, with it fitted the linkage was made and welded together. Made the most of the warm weather and sprayed the sump. Also fitted all 5 pistons to the forged rods, A big thanks to Alex (gatos VOC member) for all of the V40 T4 pistons
