    Mint volvo 850R

    I managed to sell my old volans this week, So I met the buyer at Basingstoke railway station this afternoon.

    He had a mint olive green 850R with 63k on the clock and he was only the second owner from new.



    1996 850 T5 AWD - Self tuned M4.4 ECU with COP`s, B5254T ( S60R internals in a 850 block ) ostrich 2.0 , VXR injectors @ 3.8 bar, K24 turbo with a 6+6 compressor wheel, 3.25" MAF, top mounted Dump Valve, RN Exhaust manifold, 3" downpipe with 200 cell cat, 2.75" Stainless exhaust, Brembo calipers, S60R brake discs, stainless RIP kit, 3" Throttle body,

    I don`t like this colour volvos on pics but when u c one in real,nice and polished looks fantastic.I think theflying brick a saloon in that colour,did look nice.

    i did mate but its long gone now lol and your right when theyre cleaned and polished imho its the best colour.............apart from my colours now of course

    the two best cars to have EVER been at basingstoke railway station at the same time! i love olive green - my first 850 t5 estate in that colour was brill followed by a 2nd 850 t5 in white ( ex-cop) and last week just bought myself a v70 t5 estate in olive green again - love it !!

    that front bumper dont look mint to me?

    I did looked at it and was gonna comment but wasn`t sure if thats a mud splash or scaffed.The thing is everyone has a diff ideas of a car condition.When u c an add its mint and u get there and find a few marks a seller says its mint for the year.ffs,mint is mint regardless of age in my opinion.Sorry,a bit out of topic lol

    Agreed. Mint, is not very good condition for year.

    You are commenting on what you see in a photo, I was stood next to the car and it is MINT.

    The marks on the front bumper are mud splashes.

    Thats y I didn`t comment it as wasn`t sure,my comment was in general,I`m sure u`ve wasted time and money seeing cars by b.s. description.

    Thats a very good description lol well she had about 2 little marks and an inch touch up so not mint.

    I'm sure the car was as you say, I was was just commenting on Kingford's reply. The 8504 will always be one of my favorite cars, as not only was an olive green one as pictured my first quick volvo, it was my first Volvo and beginning of my love affair with the brand.
    However, it does look a lovely car.

    bit off topic but the wheels in the ebay add are they 177 silver?
