    s60 lpt

Well just thought id share my experience of driving a s60 lpt auto,

Really quite enjoy it, Apart from 2 things, Switch gear feels cheap, and the really really CRAP turning circle, other than that really nice car.

Turning circle for S60 is 11.4M, R is 13.1 iirc.
My V70 goes up the spiral ramp in IKEA on full lock and rubs hell out of the wheel arch.
19t, greens, 3" inlet, 3" downpipe with race cat, V70R catback, autotech map...

    Wink

You guys should have a go of an S80... My T6 crosses counties during a 3 point turn!!

Also had a go of the father-in-law's S1 C70 today, that's also pretty dreadful, 235s scrubbing like crazy so it needs lock stoppers too, making it almost as bad!

But then again, my daily is a 960... That thing can turn on a pin head, 18" replica Pegs and no scrubbing whatsoever, even when giving it a load of opposite lock while going VERY sideways!! (You've gotta love a locking diff! )

I made the mistake of going into a small multi storey once in my s60r. Never a §§§§ing gain, it was 3 floors up, and of course you had to go up to come down, well 36!! 3 point turns later i managed to escape!!

11.4 is pretty bad but 13.1??? thats terrible, why are they so bad?

Whenever i'v driven an s60 the turning circle has always reminded me of an aircraft carrier.

Looking at the S60R on full lock, from the outside, the wheels don't so much turn, more lean towards the direction of travel.

The 4C system must limit steering lock, that's the only reason I can think of.
