855 t5 Project

Well a few months back i started to Rebuild the Head on my auto engine to fit to my Red 855 t5 manual, After breaking a Valve stem removing the stem seals i head the head sent to a Engineer to sort out my §§§§ up. Other than that ive cleaned ported n polish the head and replaced all the oil seals and gaskets along with new Headbolts even tho they were within tolenrence. is the pics.










From taking the head off the Auto lump, to starting the clean up, then lightly porting and then polishing more pic's to follow

Fast forward to how she is now, Ready for the fitment to the red 855 with a 18t Ported head, ported Mani, skimed head, Gound in Valves,
3" stainless through system. one silencer.

Thanks Peeps for all the replies, Soz james i aint great with computers lol. Thanks frankie, taking me ages and ages, 2 weaks on the porting and polishing alone.
Done the rear main seal, and All cam seals to. Timing up was a nightmare as i removed the cam pullies and cleaned the timing marks off them PMSL. all done now tho.
