The maybes:-

Any more please, as we really need to have the final number for the end of today?

A mere blast up the M1 or A1 for you for 100 miles or so. Hope you sort the oil leak and manage to make it. Are you working on the car this weekend to try and sort it?

245 mile round trip up the A1 or 270 via the M1, i have to change the pcv kit too, looks like its raining tomorrow too lol

The A1 it is then. Now they've taken out most of the roundabouts, I think it's made it a lot better on that road anyway. Just done my driver's door checkstrap in the rain, and I want to do my tailgate struts tomorrow. At least I can lie in the car if it is raining.

to be honest mark i'm a bit scared i wont make it home after i thrash it, after i left avon last month it was knocking like the clappers (top end) and its still tapping, it may be the oil pump isnt pushing oil up and starving the top end, it seems to happen when i give it the beans this is the 2nd engine i have fitted in 200 miles and its sick already, and its my weekend to have my kids (every other) i do want to go just a bit nervous about it

Understand you being nervous cos I'd be the same. If you make it great, if not then we will meet at some stage.

Ideally, we needed 10 definites, but if you can't commit until nearer the time then fair enough. Based on 10, it's £40 for the day, but might be a bit more if there's less than 10. Can I add you as a maybe? Where are you just out of interest?
