V70R Not such a pensioner mobile?!

So after running a few different cars and needing something safe for our daughter this came up local, for a very good price!

    Basics are

    97 R phase 1 Volvo V70 R 2.3 turbo

    Rebuilt 18T turbo
    Full stainless scorpion exhaust
    HML chipped ecu and remap
    Forge dump valve
    Piper cross air filter

Supposedly around 280-300bhp but will see when its rolling roaded, needs setting up properly and a few tweaks.

Plans are to tidy the few blemishes in the bodywork, more power and maybe some coilovers and wheel change.

Unsure on what wheels to go for so if you have any ideas please let me know.

Personally, I'd keep those wheels. A guy near me has an almost identicle car, but is kept spotless, even though it's his daily driver.

Bit of TLC there mate and she'll be lovely.

    Welcome along.

    Got an old discovery now.

Thanks mate, to be honest I like the wheels and will keep them but might get another set for when i get bored haha

The last owner didn't wanna sell it, but being unused for a few months its spot on. First thing is to either find a mint bumper or get this one sprayed!

Personally, I'd have a go at the bumper myself. If it goes wrong, you've only lost 20 quid in paint.

    Number plate too small?

Ignore the defects in the bumper want it either spraying or a new one sourcing in the new year after the bad weather!

lol his car has my old map lol, you cant compare like that mark, you need to see what yours is standard then compare it that way, there are massive differences between all standard t5 engines
