Sure will.... I'm driving up to Stafford on Friday to get it fitted (nearly 3hr drive) got to be there at 9am. The guy had good reviews so i dont mind driving for a good service and knowing (hopefully) its money well spent.
Now then... I do not know how true this is but my saffy is a twin exhaust system and my garage has been phoning round trying to get replacement back boxes, one exhaust specialist got back to them and told them that Volvo only did the twin exhaust on my model for 3 months and then stopped, how true this is i have no idea.

Volvo twin back boxes £420 including VAT but without labour, so i would be looking at least £500 for a system that is totally silent. I promised myself that when it is time to replace them i would get something a little louder.

Frankie has given me alot of advice, but his is totally mental!!!!!!!

See his video clip in the vids section.

Spot on mate... AWD for the winter, you should see how complicated the exhaust system is underneath because of the AWD... Nightmare! and its going to cost me more i reckon.

    UPDATE :-

Went and got it fitted on Friday, took 3hrs to fit... £300. Phil was very nice, so layed back he was almost lying down. He does not rush the job, takes his time, old school. Not like one of these young whipper snappers!
I am very pleased with the result although i do think i got a little excited about the noise and will have to go back as i made it to loud... 3hrs of driving, plus getting lost in Birmingham almost made my head explode. I've messed up BIG time.

I'm really worried about when the wife gets in the car.... She will kill me... Oh dear.

Here are some pic's of before and after, I have also put a few at the end of the "cleaner" look without the headlight washers. I have now removed the horns so the grill looks totally black inside from the front. I kinda wished i had done a project thread over the past 3yrs, just to bore you all!

car is looking sweet mate, you may have found it loud cos it was a 3 hr drive, how often does that happen?, mine is the same system but with only one box and now no cat, so yours will be very quiet in comparison, you should bring your car to the stratford meet next week and show it off, also no-one has ever taken a v70r awd up the strip before would be nice to see> Imo your wheels need to be darker

Typical just sent you a bloody pm about this! Ask if he can make up some removable baffles so you can have the best of both worlds or you could just man up and bask in the glorious sound of the 5 cylinder!

if you want to run dark tints, wheels and rear lights you need the matching fronts imo, i also have the matching black led side repeaters

It will take 5hrs to get to the Evo triangle.. So thats 5hrs of the new exhausts and my poor wife who has no idea until she gets in the car at 6am tomorrow morning!

I'm not sure which will be louder by the end of the day...

Oh and the 5hr drive back home will be a laugh a minute i'm sure!

as long as you enjoy it thats the main thing, i drove mine to spain and back with all the kids in and it was fine, funny scaring the frogs in the small villages, my favourite thing to do is to rev it up through small roads with tall buildings, getting it all booming round the place lol. what engine mods have you done yet?

LoL, they were long.... Both your motors are really nice mate and i have always enjoyed looking at your pics.... I agree with you about everything being darker, would be as "nasty" and "mean" as your S70R then.

I know you have the black LED side repeaters (wicked arnt they!) i copied the idea from you! ;-) along with so many other things!

I used to love your orange engine... with all the cables... now that did look nice :-)

LOL, i bet that sounds wicked with the tall buildings!

Just a RICA chip and i bought a cone filter the other day (yet to fit)... I really am afraid to mess with it too much as it's my only car... Plus i have no idea how you can improve an auto... Not much i should think, cos of the auto box.
