    Imiv for HU 603 2000 P2 V70 T5

The Mrs is asking me what i want for christmas (is it that time already!!!) so seeing as though i miss the aux in i did on the SC805 i had in my P1 V70 i've said something that lets me plug my phone in to stereo.
Bit of research throws up the Imiv but on their website they all say out of stock but awaiting a new model in November. Anyone got anymore info on the these. do the only work with Apple devices or will my Android phone (Galaxy SII) work with it too?

    Thanks

depends what you want. If you just want an AUX socket to plug it in then a GROM audio one will be fine and is pretty cheap at around £80.

From what I've seen, the other ones which give you "controls" are a bit bob.

Parrot kit is IMO good, but the sound by-passes the amp and that bit sucks - hence why I want a GROM AUX socket input as well.

I have an IMIV which is great, you just need to use playlists if you want on screen track info, I also have the parrott (see sig for exact model) this does all input options iPod USB stereo jack, and I have mine set before the amp under driver seat so great sound too. But yes only draw back you can't use the stereo controls, but it has it's own which can be discrete.
