Evening,

Thought I'd post a little project of this car as I look to tidy her up and use her for my daily runner.

I picked it up from Frankie and she looked like this:


I was very pleased very few marks and interior looked good for the mileage with only the start of tears appearing.

I was on the hunt after I bought this T5 for £250 as she was a little smokey:


She lasted 30 miles and it had an oil change during those miles. she also hesitated a lot and needed a good service but she started to knock and it got louder and louder till she just stopped.

So I had some bits off her and she ended up like this:



She is missed

Anyway back to the R
I decided to get out the tinting film:


Then went and had the cat cut out:



And got this fitted a few weeks later



The old one was blowing and look at this split!!!


Oh and new wheels



Which called for the tracking to be done:


Now drives straight and the front toes are bang on both sides.

So she got a good clean




Also fitted a forge blanking plate and bsr induction kit. Has a lovely sound now


Oh and this was my previous car:




The Volvo is about the same pace as the Clio and that was running 213bhp and 180ft/lb of torque.

I have a few more things in mind like getting the bumper sprayed, getting her remapped to suit the 18T as currently has a tim Williams 15G map and then get the interior freshened up.

I'll post more pictures as I get them.

Cracking Ovlov and Clio!

when i had it it has had 5 sets of wheels on in 4 months

Anyway mate, looks like you have taken an already nice car and put the money into it it deserves, get yourself up to a meet i would love to se it again.
All my efforts go into this one now

I wish i had the 19's they look so good!! If you want to sell them let me know lol. the bumpers will be getting attention.don't worry its going to be detailed by a friend very soon

the clio was an animal in bends nothing could keep up round roundabouts

oh and the ovlov has 302mm conversion coming after noticing a small crack appearing in the passenger side disc.
