Now, I know I've seen it...
Aah.. on tba side timing belt cover or stamped on the back of the block. Near the cam cover.

Do a Google image search on t5 engine serial number locations, there's pics. Id link some but im using stoopid phone lol.

It's stamped on the back of the block under the exhaust. You will need a mirror and light.

Got an old discovery now.
It's on the back of the engine on the block, on a lug sticking out, it's facing down, behind number 1 cylinder. It might be easier to take the engine out.
