    electric seats

    my c70 has manual seats atm. will the electrics already be there to put electric seats in?

    Sorry to hijack this this thread. But is it possible to swap the bases over to put non electric front seats onto the electric subframes?

    The wiring looms in the car are going to be the main issue, some manufacturers put the wiring looms in as standard but they are not connected if cars have manual seat adjustment. I might be worth having a poke around under the front seat to see if you can feel any loose wiring loom plugs/sockets as if you can they'll be for the electric seats.

    Putting electronic seats in is a downgrade as it makes getting in the back a real PITA

    ok then. the reason im asking is my front seats are shot. ive found a parts car with a very nice 2 tone interior. can the electric front seats be coverted to manual using my manual bases?
