If i can manage just under 6seconds 0-60 mph in my 1700+kg 300bhp, auto tank, you should be able to do some quick times when yours is done.........if you can get the power down. lol

i dont think yours will do under 6 seconds lucky to get 7 mate, i watched a vauxhall vxr8 get 6.3 time after time

My s70r auto could do 0-60 in just under 7secs and this 540 would destroy that off the line.
From about 30mph-90mph the bmw is only a bit quicker than my volvo was, yet my 1/4mile time was much better and that was mainly down to how it gets off the line.

Remember what you say about richs s60r - not that quick once its rolling - yet it still manages a 13.3@101mph 1/4mile. if its not that quick on the move, then it must bloody fly of the line lol

How would a 540 have been quicker than your v70r? It was a manual with 311bhp and is about 180kgs lighter than a 540, although saying that what was the fastest 1/4mile in your v70r, a 14.2? so considering it had more power and less weight, it got you two tenths quicker on the 1/4mile than my 540. Remember my 60ft is 2.2 and thats without a powerstart, so thats going from 500rpm off the lights.

Anyway i reckon you bought a 528 that someone told you was a 540i and you believed them

no defo was a massive v8, you reckon yours is 300bhp with loads of torque so 11bhp is not much in mate really and i had fwd, ive done a 2.2 60ft in my v70r, what was your terminal? if its that fast once rolling, only around 96 mph if i remember rightly lol

the v70r is old news now mate, i reckon i could get low to mid 13's in the standard scoob, why i think that is after following dave down the straight at silverstone he could not pull away from me even with the extra 100bhp he has

well dunno what you remember dave i let you catch me and overtake me just so i could re overtake you, i did the same with adrian, i was right at the front of everyone after overtaking the guys in front of me, so i slowed down for half a lap so you could all catch up
