totally faffed off with my c70

well all was going great guns today as i managed to change the abs ring with relative ease so braking issues sorted but now out of nowhere i have an issue with the kickdown on the car
if i lift and then floor it the car changes down but then limits the revs to about 3000rpm once i lift up and drive normally, well as normal as one can, the speed picks up quite nicely
anybody shed some light on this please

I'd agree with above. I wouldn't have thought that the ABS sensor would cause you issues, but maybe tou knocked another sensor/plug out of the gearbox and unplugged it.
    code reader anyone???

Could be a number of things mate, best thing and step one would be to get someone with a gud machine For some diagnostics! And take it from there.

i had that code on a c70 a couple of years back. i was lucky enough to be able to clean the maf with carb spray and it fixed it, may work on yours so i would say worth a try.

spray the hell out of it and look on the element for what looks like a thin grease/jelly build up, be careful with a pin and remove the stuff.

mine was like night and day afterwards, massive difference

was the best £3 ever spent
