Well i'v had a good start to the weekend, on the way home from work a stone or something was chucked up by a passing truck and cracked my windscreen. So won't be getting my exhaust done tomorrow, i have a £70 excess for an new windscreen on my insurance.

Can i just suggest we don't camp where we did last year, as every car that came in went past us an chucked dust over the cars. Just slightly further away from the road would be better.

Betsy is back from the elective paint surgery - looking good. Needs a decent wash and a swift detail, weather depending.

Well just got in from what was supposed to be a much shorter shift than it ended up being, typical really just as you get back to base and are on to control to say "652 Signing off for the night" you get... "Urm we've just had another 999 call come in, can you take it?" Obligatory yes and two hours after "finishing" Im back.

Now just to fathom how many zzz's I can fit in!

As this is our lass's first ever camping trip we are in need of assistance. Any one got a towing A frame as will need to put an estate on back of my c70 to fit all her stuff in. Just made her put the straighteners back, it's camping ffs :-)
If I hit an average 20mpg on the way down it'll be a miracle!
Managed to borrow an idiot proof tent.....hmmm time and San Miguel will see
