also with it begin an auto can i get a dump valve to work

ish, as auto's don't back off the throttle when they change gear you'll only get any noise out of it when you let off the throttle, not on gearchanges

Just shout FFFFFFFFFFFFTISH when accelerating hard and you feel the gears change. Thats what I do to really pi$$ the missus off.

you can get FSSSSH - just need to put in an induction kit. TBH selling it & buying a T5 Manual would be a good start. there are plenty out there.

i only paid £600 for the coupe so not really wanting to change it just yet and enjoying it so far
just gotta find a got induction kit now

Difficult to find a good c70 t5 for that money though dave, i look fairly often.

just a thought prob a stupid one but i have a Blitz carbon fibre induction kit on my other toy and wondered if that would work on my saffy70 if i could make it fit?

I've read a lot on this site via search option and have been given loads of tips from members. I've read that some are running 2.4t with 300bhp out of their engines....but I guess it all depends on how deep your pockets are....or how handy you are with spanners etc

For my 2.4t I'm planning in this order

Stage 0 service
Boost gauge
MBC (Probably R Spec)
Cone filter
Fatter exhaust (Powerflow)
Bigger T5 Turbo and injectors
Proper Remap.....

Would love to NOZ that also but not sure if the Auto box to cope with that lol

I think my AWD could handle 350+++bhp easily but maybe not the Auto Box.

Giving myself 18months to get this done as funds are crap and I dont fancy a stretch for bank robbery so will wait and collect parts as they come up......I could just lob a T5 engine in there....but where's the fun in that lol

If I was you, I would do my own research on the net, list your own spec, then ask the good people on here for their views as between them they have immense knowledge about all things volvo.....and have propbably already got the T Shirt

cat back exhaust as i have a friend that makes custom zorsts and he owes me bigtime
pos blitz induction kit if it will work
like u i'm not in for the easy chuck a bigger power engine at it i'm all for pushing what i got, more fun and satisfaction

another thing for me is that I'm a light weight when it comes to all things mechanical, so going through the list myself and giving it all a go will help me learn...
