855 R ManualHave you ever noticed where your 'Swedish' steed was assembled? Noticed recently on the makers plate that mine was assembled in Belgium. Oh the disillusionment...
I am presuming that all British sold R were built there. Anyone know different?

Some were assembled in Ghent. Mine I know for a fact was put together in Gothenberg.

im sure iv seen some older volvos built in holland too,
my old capri was built in cologne germany,for the californian market,spent a few years of its life in the california sun,then came to england and the lovely rain....its better travelled than i am lol
i guess with all these manufacturers its cheaper to get it built abroad as they can save a few quid
