    RIP kit, whats required???

    Been looking at fitting a rip kit to the beastie, but am getting confused with to go about it.
    So could any of you point me in the right direction as in whats required and how you go about fitting said thingy.

    All from the existing pipe work, except the black silicone straight across the engine. this was a mock up before i got some silicone hoses.

    a dump valve can be T'd in, you want it as near to the throttle body as possible. I also forgot you need a 19mm port welding in by the throttle body to connect the pipe for the idle control valve

    i think the standard pipework is 2.25"

    I built mine out of 2.5inch steel tube and sprayed it silver.



    1996 850 T5 AWD - Self tuned M4.4 ECU with COP`s, B5254T ( S60R internals in a 850 block ) ostrich 2.0 , VXR injectors @ 3.8 bar, K24 turbo with a 6+6 compressor wheel, 3.25" MAF, top mounted Dump Valve, RN Exhaust manifold, 3" downpipe with 200 cell cat, 2.75" Stainless exhaust, Brembo calipers, S60R brake discs, stainless RIP kit, 3" Throttle body,

    Hi chaps, I,ve been taking bits to peaces to get sizes but cant the size os the spigot/outlet tube thingy on the bottom of the intercooler. Can any body help please?

    My 850 intercooler lower outlet is 57 m/m, hope that helps.
