You've both managed to do it again Graham what an excellent finish now that looks Shiny! Great reflections I bet it looks even better in person. I think the darker the car the better the results... Well done lads and in yesterdays heat it must of been hard work

right! busy day with miss daisy, New tcv, vac hoses and a little shiny something extra...

    more on that later.

    here's how we started...

then off with a few bits and bobs and started fitting the New shiny thing while running New vac hoses.

now, the DO88 MAF to turbo pipe isn't designed to fit on a bsr optiflow system so I had to make/modify some 3" ally pipe to connect the two together...

coupled together with some sturdy reinforced rubber pipe...

and because the DO 88 pipe doesn't come with any means to diffuse the airflow across the MAF or protect the MAF from debris so I ripped the gause from the MAF housing and fitted it between the 2 pipes..

    all coming together...

    done!

in all, it went pretty well and I didn't loose too much blood lol. I'll let Graham explain the difference it's made

another great afternoon spent working on a fantastic car with good mate - a great end to a bloody hard few weeks lol.
