I'd trash the gearbox mate lol. Show'd a Porsche 3.2s Boxster how a Volvo with no front bumper goes pmsl... But it was at the expense of my Box. 3rd gear is deffo not good

Diffs are generally O.K., and had the angle gear checked and serviced a couple of months ago, so that should be fine.
