    Painted my V70 grill

This is what it looked like and..

This is what it looks like now.

I attacked it with some masking tape and an old spray tin of hammerite smooth satin black..

    ..and this was the result.

    ..and with the slash fitted.

I think it improves the look a bit, got a tin of 'Black Stone' the other day so I can touch the old girl up.

One of the cheapest and most noticeable modifications I think. Takes years off the front end in my opinion.

Looks very good. Never been a fan of the full chrome grilles. Much more aggressive look now. :-)

    Just wondering...
Had gone off the idea but seeing others how do you think a chrome surround mesh grill would look with a T-5 badge in the corner?
I've Photoshopped the last pic I posted to take out the slash and put the badge in.
It's not something I'd be doing for a while anyway but interesting to see how it looks.
    Comments appreciated as always.

Looks nice. What about doing a stealth slash. Paint the chrome parts all black and have the chrome T5 badge how you've got it in the pic. Just an idea :-)
