I am looking to buy a set of wheels of the bay but the tyre size is 255/40r17 will this cause problems? Don't know the width of the wheels just wondered if anyone has simular width tyres

Thanked 82 Times in 68 Posts225s will scrub and require c70 bump stops. I think you'll have no chance with 255s.

I run 235/40/17's, they rub badly on full lock, and I had to roll the arches a bit to stop them catching on the rear.
