buying a ex police t5

were is the best place to buy a ex police t5 any body know i have heard they sell them at auctions and are police cars got any kind of tuning done to them or is that just a myth i am from the newcastle area

Theres a couple of police car centres dotted around, one is in Hyde Cheshire and I think theres one in Blackpool too (not sure of the names of them though!)

There is a common myth that Police cars are tuned up but they are dead stock in the engine department. Some have uprated front brakes and I think most of the 850s have the later T5 wheels fitted (something to do with cooling)
