Then i will probably have to be thinking of rods for anymore, WON say even with a 50hp setup with a standard IC the volvo's gain more like 60-65hp, obviously i need to step carefully with this mod... so nothing explodes lol.
However they also say that as the nos has such a chilling effect its a lot safer than people think.
Once my GTX garrett is tuned up - I plan to fit NOS, maybe at the end of the season?

Cheers guys... She's a bit of a 2ft car really lots of tiny tatty bits to keep me busy, but for a 640 quid motor its all good.....
It's now done 170k this week....
I put the gauge in the middle with adding a nitrous and afr gauge there too.... They are on my eBay wish list lol

Makes sense if you're going to be adding more guages.

Amazing how I've now spent twice as much on little bits of metal connectors and adaptors than my bottle fogger and solenoids.... And frustrating
But hey just fitting and a refill left to do now

Ive got the coilovers on last week, its set as low is it will go and im happy with the hight lol, its not dropped it as much as i thought.... i set the up for what i thought was going to be a 60mm drop and put the car down and it must have been the same on the front and +30mm on the back. So the next day i dropped the front to lowest setting and took the adjusters out of the back and fitted the springs in the same was as the factory like lowering spring, this gave me a much better drop.
i didnt like the way the adjusters fitted in the rear spring cups, i dont know whether this was because of them being for an 850 but the way they were formed to take the locating pin for the locating bush stopped them sitting properly, so i was happy taking them out.
the car was first at around -60 once i set it at lowest but i think its settled to around -70.... i can still get everywhere over bumps and car parks etc.... i think a front splitter will be pushing it a bit but i still think it needs one lol.
Now the ride, from a performance view its really good for a cheap kit, ive lost so much role its unreal, especially on the back gaining much more grip too. the one thing is its a very firm ride not too bad on the back but the front can get a bounce on in the back lanes. the ride on the front really puts your gut to the test and i feel the need for buckets and harnesses just to keep me in the car lol

I used the cheapo Pro sport kit listed as the cheapest for the 850 on ebay... but got them through a company called zensport a little cheaper at £219 delivered
I should say the cars settled a bit since the picture and is probably 10mm on the front and 25 on the back lower now

Oh Dear I've spent some money on ebay tonight...

    Updates coming soon.

Does anyone know if the HLM304 removes the second lambda sensor? can an AFR sensor go in its place?

Thought I should drag this up with some updates (like ive said i would a few times)

Ive got the Nitrous all sorted setup with a 50hp shot, theres a few more things i want to sort out before i go further... but quite happy with it, although in the process of having a better fuel line made up for more flow, if i ever need it 8)

Just finished a full 3" exhaust which was a surprisingly easy task to perform, i had ordered myself 5m of 3" inner dia pipe and set about it.... took about 8 hours over 2 days. the 200 cell cat i had gave up so its just pipe and a back box for now.... my neighbors dont like me lol
I will invest in a longer rear muffler soon

Recovered the dash in black alcantara

Switched the center and right hand air vents for carbon fiber gauge holders, holding AFR boost and dual boost controller in the center and nitrous and flamer controls on the right

I had an update and my turbo cores been milled and now being balanced...

I'm building up a few toys ready for the turbo swap (about half of this is still shopping lists)

Inlet wanted for the rest of the bits i have for a custom plenum
A mate of mine is going to sort a full welded alloy RIP and intake pipes
    TB and maf
Exhaust manifold wanted for porting... i think that will do for the 19T im going to use
    intercooler
    pcv upgrade

Been having some funny idle problems lately that are just getting annoying along side the key resister pick up....
Its been holding revs making it irritating to drive but lately doing the opposite for a nice change
Scanned it with torque many times and gave idle control vale fault only once a few weeks ago
and now getting low AFRs at idle at times:

I will take some picture tomorrow maybe a video or two if i can find a jimmy
