Gutted to have missed this, my mum and sister came around mid-morning (just as I was getting the car cleaned-up ready)...ended up having a lovely lunch with them instead.

catch you at the next one.

Damn it! Had a really good meet today, great venue and met some great people and saw some stunning cars too. Wasn't till I got home I realised I'd forgotten to take some pics. I got so engrossed in conversations. Sorry guys. I saw Dave taking a fair few so hopefully there will be some on here soon.

Sharkey R It's a shame that we didn't talk much today but it was pleasure to meet you and others., I have to admit that your car looks fantastic. I took some pictures which you probably already seen but let's give others glimpse of sunday's meeting.

Dziękuję Lukasz. Yeah was a shame we didn't get to chat much but must say I loved your car. Both yours and Villains looked great parked together. Thanks for taking the photos, I totally forgot.

Thank you for the pics Dave. I cannot believe I didn't take any :-(. Don't worry bout the sun cream buddy, I wouldn't want anyone to suffer what I went through the other weekend and as for Iain that was hilarious. I'd put money on the fact his head didn't even get slightly tanned lol. :-)

Great to see you guys there yesterday. Sorry I turned up a bit late but, it was good to see you all.

Dave, just as you said, a trip down memory lane to see you, Iain and Tony M there too. Can't believe it's 10 years that we first started doing the Crooked Billet meets and remember just how good they are. Well done Iain for organising this one and it would be nice to think that perhaps this could become a more regular meet up again maybe. Great photos too Dave.. Like has been said, I got wrapped up in talking and completely forgot to get the camera out so, really pleased you did!

What is always nice to see is a bunch of people with a common interest getting together and sharing stories/knowledge/experiences. Always good to see more new people enjoying the Volvos too!

Hope to see you all again before too long.

    Cheers

    Ian (Silver '53 reg V70R)

Hope so, looked a good turnout and there were quite a few who didn't make it.
