V70 R project on Flea Bay

Not sure if its any good to anyone ? but there is a V70R 'project' on The Bay starting at 450 in Essex. I dont know the car I'm just a sad frequent e bay surfer ( and buyer) who imagined someone might have use for it

Watching this.......dunno why! Maybe becuase it's black. Doesn't look to bad other than the rear bumper. Insides look clean enough.

Tuned BTCC rally engine which has had a few mods done to. Last time we clocked her she was doing 0-60 in about 5.6 secs and i beleive has a top end of 160mph. She is a Genuine R with th 17" anthracite alloys, Blue dash dials, R mats, Black Half leather and suede

I didn't know BTCC did rallies?

That passage made me laugh i have to admit. I just thought if it went for 500 someone would either save it or arent those alloys and other r bits always wanted

Hello All. Its my V70R thats up for sale, the front bumper isnt missing. she needs some work but still runs good< but just had a bad spine accident and got a massive op pending that will leave in a bad way, so cannot work on her anymore, but she still goes well but thats why i started her low as maybe a good donor car but to be honest think she is to good for that. Anyway I am not asking the earth for and would be a bargain really for someone who does nt mind getting their hands dirty. But the passenger door was a great one to go as it wont un lock and then to top it all my wife put the child locks on the rear doors so cant get to it that way either, Havent been on here for a while due to the back problems and am gutted to let her go because she isnt that bad really and really wanted to make her into a beast but thats all gone now as can just about walk now and on very high doses of morphine....which is a plus ..LOL ... can hear the violins now. Take it easy everyone, dont get on here much so if interested just email me thru ebay and say your from here and i will get back to you. Cheers Dave

Just A note to anyone on ebay bidding or watching, I have justhad a death in my family yesterday, so I may not get back to questions as quick but everything will be ok when auction ends and car still available to pick up. so sorry if i dont get back to anyone straight away but will do as soon as i can. BTW She still runs, drives etc but just saying may need a trailer as no MOT or TAX but engine wise she is good. Cheers Dave

Thanks Cherry, Back to BMW again< just got a mint condition 728i sport 2001 E38, the best looking square shape, 6 months later and this one would have been the ugly new shape but gotta say 8th BMW now and dont know why i ever strayed from them.

Well she has sold, so no longer a Volvo Owner but do have a nice mint condition BMW 7 Series E38 728i Sport 2001 instead now and got to say what a car, everything works from the TV, Sat/nav, Phone pack to the tiptronic box. Basically has every optional extra there is. Always had BMWs and now I know why, much better than the tempermental electrics etc on the Volvos.....Anyway the R went for £720.00 which is not bad considering I paid a grand for her and spent £200 on her and had her for 18months driving,better than those who thought £500 was top price ...So now i say goodbye an least I have nt got to read all those that pick up on every mistake someone might make anymore.
