My ECU woes today!!

Right, so I fitted the Custom mapped ECU and injectors from Mo's T4 to my phase 1.5 T4 today along with the corresponding immobiliser unit etc from the donor car. I thought I may have a certain problem and I do!! Got the car up and running albeit very badly. Kept throwing codes. My car is a P1.5 without a map sensor, the donor car is a P2 with a map sensor and obviously has has a different cam sensor signal etc as these are the codes it was throwing. I asked Ashok if the ECU was compatible and he said the only way to be sure is to try it. So the answer is, it isn't compatible. DOH!!!

Anyway in short, a phase 2 ECU will not work on a P1.5 car.

So anyone who has a phase 2 T4 and wants a very rare opportunity to have an MTE custom map and RC 550cc injectors give me a shout. This ECU fuels perfect and the donor car had 372 bhp with no problems (obviously with corresponding hardware). The ECU is mapped to the 550cc injectors so they come as a pair and I will also supply the immobiliser unit, transponder key fob etc to get it running.

Basically, this ecu will fuel for any boost and mods up to silly 350+ BHP.

I paid £450 a week ago, and would like my money back. The injectors alone are £400 new on ebay and the custom mapping probably cost Mo a fortune when he had it done.
