    850 saloon ice questions

    hey guys,

    Any of you installed subwoofers in the boot of the saloon other than the wheel well?

    Also components is there space to run wires through the door to the amp in the boot?

    Any links to stealth boxes for the saloon?

    And can any of you nice chaps that have installed subs in a saloon post some pics here so i can have a butchers cheers


    I have 2 12" subs 3 amps a crossfader components and plenty of wire to install but looking for ideas before i go down the MDF custom box route again lol

    must admit i only fitted mids into the doors, & used the original wiring thru the doors

    Anybody who uses the Mortal Kombat logo as a Volvo avatar should be treated with respec' lol. Keep us posted on how the install goes mate.

    Like the boot lid build and the floor amp set up think i may have to just check the door loom plug and see if i can make room for the component power leads down to the amp and maybe just have to fabricate the mdf to fit snug with subs at the back seats and house 2 amps on 1 side of boot and the 3rd amp and cross fader in the other side. Need to get some dynomat first though lol

    i didn't use any dynomat. As you can see the amps on the back of the seats works well, & i had my cross-over in the side of the boot & an amp the other
