Nice Cheap Volvo R part

I dont know if the early P2 R's had the R key fob or not, any way mine has a few dents in it so going to order a new key fob cover.

Well Simon just emailed me back its not the complete fob its just the back half, or thats what I think he is meaning, I'm waiting for him to confirm this, thats all i need anyway.

Didnt you carbon wrap yours?

I wrapped the key but it didn't go well. Not sure what I'll do with the fob. I'll have a few goes with the wife's one before I commit to doing anything to mine

Mine has 3 pin head dents on it and there is a bit starting to break off, Its a nice thing to have I think, it just another one of those little R touches

and for the money I think its worth replacing if its starting to look old

Nice didn't relise this was just a cover going to get one for mine as it looks as someone got hungry & tried to eat it!

Any one no if the flip key is itself is repairable as mine doesent spring any more & is rather annoying???

The laat R didn't all have the R metal part on the back of the fob.
It was maybe dependant on what the suppliers had in stock at the time. as sometimes happens
